This little ol' violin studio is gettin' organized!
Starting November
1st, I'll be implementing an invoice
system, so that parents, students, and I can stay even more on top of lesson scheduling
and payments. Lesson payments will continue to be due on the first lesson of
each month. I will also email a copy of the paid invoice for your records.
I will confirm the following month's schedule either in person, on the phone, or via email, before creating the invoice. You can check to see when I have you scheduled, by looking at the calendar page of my website here. (Note that there will be no lessons on Thursday and Friday, November 22nd and 23rd, for Thanksgiving weekend!)
Please
give me as much advance notice as possible if you will be unable to attend all
scheduled lessons. Starting in December
1st, I will be charging for lessons canceled without at least 24-hours
advance notice. Please don't hesitate to give me a call, text, or email if you have any questions or concerns.
